ADHD Home Reset

Investment: from £15 depends on package

The safe place for you and your home.

Why it matters?

Because we are judging ourselves so heavily about our home, but with a little help and a personalised system your home could bring you peace and not add to your anxiety.

How it can I help you?

We will track your habits, identify your life areas that your home needs to serve and the challenges you face the most and how can we fix them.

How it works?

Step 1. Discovery Call

We can identify how can I assist you the best way, do you need a full design for a new home or you have a home you live for a while but it is time to make it organised and to create a system that works for you.

Step 2. Zoom Call

We can talk through the steps we need to do to achieve your goals including, habit tracking, organising, decluttering, system creating.

Sep 3. Plan & Follow Up

You will receive a step by step plan to guide you through the transformation of your home and your life.

Who is it for?

This system is designed for people with ADHD, whether formally diagnosed or not. It can also be incredibly helpful for busy individuals, as prolonged stress and overwhelm can create ADHD-like symptoms, even when they are not severe or permanent.

Hi there,

My name is Gabriella, and I am here to help you create a home that works with you — a space that feels calm, supportive, and easy to live in.

I know this journey personally. I live with ADHD and spent years struggling with low confidence, clutter, and the feeling of never quite finishing anything.

I realised that instead of fighting myself, I needed an environment that truly supported the way my mind works.

Three years ago, I began studying interior design at Falmouth University, where I learned how thoughtful design and simple systems can reduce overwhelm and create clarity. By changing my space, I changed my life.

Today, I proudly hold a BA (Hons) degree in Interior Design, and I use both my professional training and lived experience to help others feel at ease in their homes again.

Gabriella
