2. Decorative Moulding Trim

This is a decorative stick on trim which can be used on so many ways. You can create a frame or blocks on the wall. You can use it to create skirting on your wall too or even patterns to highlight elements. There are plenty of types and shapes and colours available. Please be careful to pick adhesive easy removal ones when choosing the one to buy. If in doubt always read the descriptions. The prices can range from £5 onwards. You can easily paint these decorative trims or remove them after the sale process of the property. With this home staging tip you can make empty boring walls more appealing so your property is easier to sell or rent.

3. Led Lights

I saved the best for the last. Adding lighting is a home staging game on a different level. Does not matter if you use it behind the mirror, under the sofa or around the kitchen unit, you can not do any better to your property then applying these lights. It gives you an extra level of luxury while highlighting the best features of your property which you are trying to sell or rent.
